This is where the magic begins! Our environmental educator introduces campers to nature, outdoors on our campus and indoors in our classroom.

Day 1 – Nature: We’ll learn what might be in our backyards through books, scavenger hunts and a puppet show. We’ll explore campus along with Imagination Station and make a nature bracelet to take home.

Day 2 - Pond: We’ll dip net in our pond, design a turtle and create fish prints using rubber models. Time in our Discovery Station and at our Touch Tank, too.

Day 3 - Treasures: We’ll learn about natural treasures such as those found on local beaches. We’ll learn why this area is called the Treasure Coast and make a treasure chest to take home.

Day 4 - Insects: We’ll go on an insect scavenger hunt, create an insect to take home, and decorate a framed group photo.

Snack and drink provided each day. Program led by ELC Naturalist (environmental educator) and two volunteer camp counselors.
