ELC Birthday Packages

Make your child’s special day unforgettable with our exclusive Birthday Party Packages!

All packages include a special gift for the honoree and access to your choice of a charming covered picnic area for 2.5 hours. Includes admission for up to 15 children, plus parents/guardians attend for free. Parents are responsible for food, drinks, birthday cake, and favors. Additional child guests beyond 15 can be added for $15 per child.

Please note that all parties must adhere to our sustainability policy, which can be found at the bottom of this page.

Sea Horses & Sea Stars (Ages 4-8) $400.00

Young party guests will have fun exploring nature at the ELC during POND LAB, one of the ELC’s most popular activities. Birthday guests will be equipped with their own net to gently collect tiny fish, crabs, and jellyfish in the ELC’s pond area before releasing them.
Guided tour of the ELC Living Lagoon interactive exhibits with touch tank & aquariums to learn about seahorses & sea stars as well as other IRL wildlife
Make a jellyfish craft
Parents and children have access to explore and play on the ELC campus until closing time of 4 PM.

Turtles, Tortoises and Terrapins (Ages 4-12) $450.00

See the difference between the turtle species of Florida by learning about their characteristics while observing their anatomy. Meet the ELC’s Education Reptile Ambassadors- Nova the Florida Box Turtle, and Argyle, the Diamondback Terrapin
Take a guided tour of the ELC Campus to see up-close the threatened and protected ELC gopher tortoises and their burrows
Guided tour of the ELC’s Living Lagoon with touch tank & aquariums
Make a tortoise/turtle craft
Parents and children have access to explore and play on the ELC campus until closing time of 4 PM

The Wild Lagoon (Ages 8-12) $500.00

Go seining in the IRL to look for small fish, crabs, and echinoderms with an experienced ELC Educator that will identify them before gently releasing them back to the water
Meet Cornelia, the ELC’S Red Rat Snake Ambassador while learning about Florida’s snakes
Guided tour of the ELC’s Living Lagoon with touch tank & aquariums
Parents and children have access to explore and play on the ELC campus until closing time of 4 PM

Spoil Island (All Ages) $800.00 - 19 people maximum

Experience a scenic pontoon boat tour of the IRL, landing on Spoil Island to have a birthday party on a semi-private island where they can swim in the water, enjoy rope swings, and eat picnic island style!
Guided tour on the boat ride to Spoil Island by an experienced ELC Nature Guide who will point out the Indian River Lagoon wildlife such as dolphins, manatees, ospreys, & pelicans
Full access to the ELC Campus and Living Lagoon with aquariums and touch tank
Parents and children have access to explore and play on the ELC campus until closing time of 4 PM

Sustainability Policy & Requirements

No pets
No single-use plastics (use eco-friendly cups, cutlery, & dishware)
No Styrofoam, balloons, or glitter allowed on the ELC campus
No tobacco products are allowed on the ELC campus
You must take all garbage with you when you leave
