Dolphin Drift: SUP Yoga

This is a 60-minute yin-inspired yoga class on stand-up paddleboards, perfect for beginners and those looking to unwind on the water. No paddleboarding or yoga experience is necessary!

We’ll begin with time to get comfortable on your board and connect with the calm of the water. Then, settle into slow, supported postures that invite deep release and gentle strength, surrounded by nature and the gentle sway of water.

You’ll have 2 full hours with the boards, so there’s time to paddle, practice, and soak up the serenity before and after class.

We invite you to embrace the gentle movement of the water as part of your practice. With the board as your floating mat and the sky as your ceiling, you’ll leave feeling grounded, restored, and renewed.

Time: 9:30 AM

The class is $45 per participant. You are encouraged to bring your own paddleboard, but the ELC has 2 paddleboards available for an additional $35 each.
