Mark your calendars and roll up your sleeves! On Saturday, July 26, 2025, the Environmental Learning Center (ELC) is proud to partner with the Treasure Coast Waterway Cleanup, a region-wide initiative to remove debris from our precious waterways.
This year’s cleanup is being led by our ELC EcoAction Citizen Science Partners Program.

What to Expect
Volunteers will receive gloves, bags, and guidance from ELC staff and EcoAction leaders. You’ll spend the morning collecting litter from nearby water access points, boardwalks, and trails. It’s a fun, team-based activity perfect for individuals, families, and small groups. This event is for everyone, including students looking for community service hours.
What to Bring
While we may have supplies available, you are advised to bring the following:
-Work Gloves
-Closed-toed or water shoes
-Reusable water bottle
-Sunscreen
-Hat
