New Entrance Guidelines

The health and safety of our community have been and will continue to be ELC’s primary focus.  Our outdoor and indoor facilities on campus are open, only our touch tank remains closed but should open again soon.

 

We are collecting admission fees at our Entry Pavilion or online.  You can book your entry online here or text ADMIT to 772-238-5424 for the admission button link.

Enjoy our beautiful 64-acre nature center and all of the benefits nature has to offer!

The ELC is your destination on the Treasure Coast of Florida for outdoor learning and fun!  Come explore the Indian River Lagoon and our island campus featuring interactive exhibits, walking trails, and water sports in Vero Beach.

Our interpretative center with interactive exhibits, aquariums and a touch tank!  Learn more about who lives in the Indian River Lagoon and how you can help keep our planet clean and green.  

Water Activities

Take a pontoon boat ride along the Indian River Lagoon to Pelican Island National Wildlife Refuge or enjoy a guided kayak trip through our mangrove forest!  The ELC offers a wide variety of water sports and activities for all levels and interests.
