We’re honoring National Get Outdoors Day and Father’s Day weekend with two full days of nature play, hands-on exhibits, and peaceful trails. Whether you’re exploring with kids, celebrating Dad, or just looking for a breath of fresh air, the ELC is the perfect place to reconnect with the natural world.
What to enjoy:
- Wander boardwalks winding through lush mangroves
- Explore aquariums, the only touch tank in Indian River County, and hands-on exhibits
- Play at the Imagination Station and Nature Playscape, perfect for curious little ones
- Relax by the peaceful waters of the Indian River Lagoon
- Picnic under shady palms or in the wide-open field near the Education & Event Pavilion
- Bring along a kite, ball, or outdoor toys for even more fun in the sun
