Join ELC’s EcoAction Team and the Land Trust Stewardship team for a hands-on morning of habitat restoration work as we remove invasive plants from our protected lands and trails. By clearing these non-native plants, we help restore balance to the ecosystem and give native species the space they need to thrive.
All equipment, including gloves, tools, and bags, will be provided. The volunteer activity will last approximately 2 hours. Wear closed-toed shoes and bring drinking water and sun protection. Volunteers will meet at ELC’s Welcome Center and will be transported to the worksite in our 15-passenger van.
First-time volunteers will be given an EcoAction t-shirt!
