Feel Stronger, Move Better: Join Pilates at the ELC
Every Monday and Wednesday from 4:15-5:15 PM in the Lagoon Room.
Looking to improve your core strength, balance, and posture in a beautiful natural setting? Join us for a one-hour Pilates-based fitness class at the Environmental Learning Center (ELC). This full-body workout includes a mix of standing and floor exercises designed to build stability, flexibility, and fluidity of movement.
All fitness levels are welcome. Certified instructor Janice Broda provides modifications throughout the class to ensure it’s accessible and effective for beginners and experienced participants.
Janice is trained in classical and West Coast Pilates and brings dance and strength training elements into her thoughtfully designed sessions. Each class is crafted to leave you feeling stronger, longer, and more aligned, both inside and out.
What to Bring?
– Yoga Mat
– Hand Weights (if you want resistance)
– Foam roller, stretch strap, and a resistance band (if possible)
$5 minimum donation (class value $15).
