Enjoy an evening walk to embrace the new fall darkness and carry lights of hope into the coming new year! Nature inspires a sense of wonder and curiosity in children, and the changing of the seasons reminds of us the changing nature of life. Celebrate this time of year by creating lanterns and walking through the twilight of our native Florida habitat.
You can choose to make a lantern at the ELC or bring your own. Lantern materials are provided with a suggested donation of $5. After the walk safely distance around the campfire and enjoy S'mores! These treats are available at the ELC for $5 and come in a reusable silicone bag for you to take home!
5:30-6:00 welcome/orientation, lantern making
6:00-6:30 walking around the trails and paths of our lagoon island campus
