The ELC is committed to providing our community with engaging opportunities to connect with nature while you #stayathome.

Tiny Living with Jen  |  May 9   |   11am - 12pm   |   All Ages

Learn how to live tiny from our educator Jen, who has been practicing tiny living for 3 years.  Wondering what to let go or how to organize?  Ask the questions you have to help you take the step towards tiny.

Earth Issues 1 with Nicole   |   May 11   |   11am - 12pm   |   Ages 10-14

Follow a drop of rain water to understand where it travels and what it collects along the way.  Learn how we can care for the Earth and have an opportunity to participate in solutions to the issue of rain water run off.

Media Making 1   |   May 13   |   11am - 12pm   |   All Ages

Communicate the wonders of Mother Nature through your own video production!  Part 1 will focus on the planning and tips for filming your nature themed film that we can share on the ELC website.

Earth Issues 2 with Nicole   |   May 18   |   11am - 12pm   |   Ages 10-14

Learn the who, what and why of our local environment by analyzing an issue and identifying the stakeholders who play a part.  Develop critical thinking skills and an understanding of peoples' beliefs and values.

Media Making 2   |   May 20  |   11am - 12pm  |   All Ages

Communicate the wonders of Mother Nature through your own video production!  Part 2 will focus on the editing and compilation of your filming highlights.

Forest Therapy with Sara   |   May 25   |   11am - 12pm   |   Ages 18+

Take a forest therapy walk around your property or neighborhood using your phone and a set of headphones.  You will be guided by our educator Sara who is a certified Forest Therapy Guide.  Learn and enjoy the benefits of this practice.
