Look for the beauty of nature and find yourself in the reflection

Modern life brings noise from all directions. Under all this clamor, nature is speaking to us.

Our wellness offerings guide you through the process of reconnecting with nature to find yourself. Experiencing any of these activities will help you relax and re-energize in the beauty surrounding our native habitat campus.

Tai Chi

Join Chris Brenner, retired Naval Officer/High School Educator, and graduate of the Tai Ji Quan Instructor Training program, as he guides you through this traditional practice of Tai Chi. Often practiced as self-defense, Tai Chi involves actions skillfully executed through careful movement control and maneuvering rather than through overt external physical force. Movements that are slow, continuous, and flowing have been shown to promote calmness, the release of stress and tension, and heightened awareness of the body in relation to its environment.
