Held on Fridays from 1-2 PM
Yoga can generate wellness by creating the conditions for calm, balance, and focus, as well as physical flexibility and strengthening.
Please bring a yoga mat, a towel, a cushion or yoga block, and a water bottle. We will plan to have our classes outdoors, and go with the flow! (We may switch to inside facilities as needed.)
No prior experience is required; all are welcome. What a special opportunity to tune into nature and tune into our inner nature... together!
Meet the instructor:
Annie has been a yoga practitioner for over 25 years, and has completed two 200-hour teacher trainings. She is also a mother of two daughters, and an educator and musician in many capacities locally. She has a healthy obsession with beach sunrises, as does her golden retriever, Ginny.
