Our hands-on/feet-wet summer programs get your kids away from screens and exploring Florida's great outdoors. Campers get a closer look at our unique estuary and coastal habitats along the Indian River Lagoon. They'll learn about the fascinating wildlife living in our own backyard and what it means to be a Naturalist!
A Naturalist is someone who spends time outdoors, records observations, and develops a knowledge of nature. A Naturalist studies the creatures and features of his or her environment while treasuring them by taking action to protect them.
ATTENTION! Summer Camp registration is officially open to the public!

Homes and Habitats
An exploration of ecosystems, habitats and how animals and plants uniquely adapt in order to thrive. Campers will learn about food webs and the natural animal shelters that create habitats and the fascinating builders who create them.
Sea to Shore
Florida is defined by how the land connects to the water. From the Sebastian River to the Indian River Lagoon to the Atlantic Ocean, we will learn how water is essential to life by experiencing the waterways in our very own backyard.
Explore some of the over 1,000 species of animals that call the Indian River Lagoon home. Campers will investigate some of the key species that make the Lagoon habitat unique, and a few of the invasive species threatening our environment.
